My Story
Having suffered from severe psoriasis for years, and then told to stop using steroid lotion… I decided to try hypnotherapy. I went along without really knowing anything about it. I found the sessions very relaxing, but I wasn’t sure how it would work for my condition. A few days after my fourth session, my psoriasis disappeared and has never returned. That was 17 years ago. Hypnotherapy had a huge impact on my life and I felt compelled to study and qualify in this therapy! I learnt that conditions such as psoriasis come from within. It is the cause that should be treated – not the symptoms! (eg. Steroid lotion!) I’m now an Advanced Hypnotherapist and aim to change people’s lives in the positive way I have experienced.
